My simple exercise hack

I try to exercise every day. It’s an important part of my ritual and my identity.
I have a simple hack that made going to the gym much easier:
Buy more underwear.
…well and gym clothes you love also.
This may be cliche advice, but it really takes the stress out of preparing for the gym.
Removing any friction point makes a difference when building habits.
I now have 10+ pairs of compression underwear. That means I have to do laundry less than once a week. Score!
