Getting deeper with each other

I notice that with most mental and life issues we are going through, someone close to us is experiencing the same thing – we just have to open up. When we do it tends to create empowerment.

Remember in class when the teacher would encourage us to ask questions since if one person has a question, others will certainly too? It’s the same for all our life issues.

Loneliness, feeling uncomfortable with all the changes in life, anxiety when comparing ourselves to others, anxiety in general, struggles of finding a new job, families issues, staying disciplined with nutrition and exercise, feeling like we give back enough, understanding the why in life.

We all deserve a safe space to talk about and explore these feelings. To get out of our own heads and get some damn perspective.

I hope through writing and sharing this blog, I’ll inspire others to connect with each other and connect with me to share the feelings we are experiencing. The positive, the inquisitive, and the worrisome.
